The Administrative Specialist supports the Executive Search team by preparing client materials for active search projects, providing general administrative support, and coordinating and booking travel arrangements. This role has significant interaction with team members at all levels, as well as external interaction with clients and candidates. This position will also work closely with marketing, administrative and travel team staff.

The Client Development Manager is responsible for business development and revenue production for Jacobson’s professional recruiting practice. This individual will develop and manage client relationships within a target market in order to generate contingent-based service fees from the successful placement of individuals in managerial and professional-level positions.
Engagement Director, Executive Search
The Engagement Director, Executive Search is responsible for managing active client searches and selecting business and generating revenue for the division and the entire group through cultivation of industry relationships. This position will work with the fulfillment team to assure the successful and timely completion of searches with the objective of having every search result in complete client satisfaction.
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying and developing candidates for Jacobson’s executive search team. This individual will actively recruit for open positions by creatively seeking leads through research, networking, cold-calling and engaging candidates for the respective positions. This individual will facilitate the recruitment process and create a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Human Resources Coordinator (Part Time)
The part-time Human Resources Coordinator supports the Temporary Staffing team by administering onboarding and offboarding processes for our interim staff. The scope of services for this role includes background and motor vehicle report checks, internal and client documents processing, payroll and benefits systems on and offboarding, and open enrollment support. This role works closely and interacts often with team members throughout the organization, temporary staff, vendors and clients.
