Account Manager (Health)

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for health insurance clients and consultants during active projects. He or she will hold responsibility for the coordination of pre-project implementation activities and ongoing project maintenance. These activities include launching the project with all internal stakeholders and leading client and consultant kick-off calls to ensure a successful start. This professional will also lead update calls throughout the project with the client and consultants to manage and measure client satisfaction. The Account Manager will create a communication strategy to ensure all staff assigned to projects are actively engaged and will actively measure client satisfaction through regular review processes, retention, additional business and referrals. 

 

Business Development Coordinator (Life)

The Business Development Coordinator will focus on prospecting, contacting and conducting initial discussions with new and target life insurance companies to behalf of Jacobson’s sales team. This professional will coordinate face-to-face meetings with industry executives and locate appropriate business opportunities. In addition, he or she will introduce Jacobson contacts and clients. 

 

Client Advisor

The Client Advisor will have the opportunity to impact the growth of The Jacobson Group by educating clients on the company’s suite of talent solutions, marketing to decision-makers, and creating and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual and strong communicator who enjoys traveling, participating in local and national trade associations, and attending and hosting networking events. This professional must be a team player and possess the ability to collaborate with multiple groups. We are seeking a Client Advisor who brings innovative ideas and creative sales tactics to drive new business revenue.

 

Recruiter, Executive Search

The Recruiter, Executive Search will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and developing candidates for The Jacobson Group’s executive search practice. This individual actively will recruit for these positions by creatively seeking leads through research, networking and cold-calling; engaging candidates; facilitating the recruitment process; and creating a consistent and positive candidate experience. This professional will balance a workload of three or more active searches.
