Account Manager (Property and Casualty)

The Account Manager works closely with a team to cultivate and maintain the growth of the business. This position is accountable for client and candidate satisfaction throughout all ongoing engagements and will assume responsibility for ensuring the successful launch of new projects and the onboarding of new candidates. You will build lasting relationships with clients and serve as their point of contact to guarantee that expectations are being met and exceeded.


Client Advisor (Life)

The Client Advisor will have the opportunity to impact the growth of The Jacobson Group by educating clients on the company’s suite of talent solutions, marketing to decision-makers, and creating and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual and strong communicator who enjoys traveling, participating in local and national trade associations, and attending and hosting networking events.


Client Development Manager

The Client Development Manager is responsible for business development and revenue production for Jacobson’s professional recruiting practice. This individual will develop and manage client relationships within a target market in order to generate contingent-based service fees from the successful placement of individuals in managerial and professional-level positions.


Contract Risk Manager

The Contract Risk Manager will be responsible for the administration of contracts with Jacobson’s clients and vendors. This position will also work with an insurance broker to coordinate Jacobson’s risk management program and oversee certain company programs. 


Executive Recruiter

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying and developing candidates for Jacobson’s executive search team. This individual will actively recruit for open positions by creatively seeking leads through research, networking, cold-calling and engaging candidates for the respective positions. This individual will facilitate the recruitment process and create a consistent and positive candidate experience.


Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist the Vice President and Marketing Communications Director in executing initiatives to support The Jacobson Group’s marketing communications and brand strategy. This is a marketing generalist role and will be a blend of copywriting, design, research and general coordination responsibilities. This position will support a variety of inbound and outbound marketing tactics from email, social media and other digital assets to conference coordination and sales support activities.


Professional Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic Professional Recruiter to recruit for positions by creatively seeking leads through research, networking and cold-calling, and engaging candidates for the respective positions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated to work in a team-oriented environment with a growing organization.


Recruiting Associate, Temporary Staffing

The temporary staffing Recruiting Associate is responsible for sourcing, identifying and screening candidates as part of the order-fulfillment process. The recruiter will source candidates using internal databases, networking, and intranet/internet resources. This individual will also identify and qualify (including administering any online skills assessment needed, conducting thorough phone interviews, checking references and verifying employment) the highest quality candidates. Additionally, this role will require entering viable candidates and information into the internal candidate/client database and corporate database, as well as updating and documenting all contact activities.
