Client Development Manager (Chicago, Illinois)
The Jacobson Group is looking to hire a Client Development Manager to join our professional recruiting practice. The Client Development Manager is responsible for business development and revenue production for Jacobson’s professional recruiting practice. This individual will develop and manage client relationships within a target market to generate contingent-based service fees from the successful placement of individuals in managerial and professional-level positions. This professional will work in partnership with the recruitment team through the interview and hiring process to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction. This role includes business development, client consultation, cold calling and client-account management. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and more than three years of B2B business development and sales expertise. Experience selling professional services is a plus but not required. Must be local to the Chicagoland or surrounding suburbs.
National Territory Manager (Chicago, Illinois)
The Jacobson Group is looking to hire a National Territory Manager to join our growing sales team. The National Territory Manager will be responsible for business development and account management of our local, temporary staffing service. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: aggressively pursuing all viable business-development opportunities; developing new client accounts and new business through regular outreach; and traveling to assigned clients at least once a month. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of B2B sales. Knowledge of either insurance or staffing is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is someone with B2B sales experience and the ability to proactively hunt and close new accounts.
Recruiter (Chicago, Illinois)
The Jacobson Group is looking for a full-time recruiter to join our professional recruiting practice. This position is responsible for sourcing, identifying and developing candidates. In addition, this individual will actively recruit for open positions by creatively seeking leads through research, networking and cold-calling, as well as engaging candidates for the respective positions, facilitating the recruitment process through fulfillment of candidates, and creating a consistent and positive candidate experience. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of two years of recruiting experience. Previous experience working in professional staffing is a plus.
National Territory Manager – Life, Health or Property & Casualty (Chicago, Illinois)
The National Territory Manager will build and maintain The Jacobson Group's subject matter experts business as well as uncover revenue opportunities for all Jacobson business units within his/her assigned companies. Reporting to a Senior Vice President, this role will grow the business in the insurance industry corporate client marketplace. The National Territory Manager will be an excellent team player and will inject new ideas and strategies as part of the subject matter experts team. Key areas of responsibility include achieving revenue goals and developing a pipeline of opportunities; gathering intelligence to build and document thorough knowledge of the entire target market; mastering the communication of the corporate message relating to each service; generating revenue for all parts of the organization; serving as an escalation point for client service issues; initiating and maintaining involvement in local and national industry associations; and creatively uncovering marketing opportunities.
Account Manager – Health (Chicago, Illinois)
The Account Manager – Health is an integral member of The Jacobson Group’s interim talent sales team. This salaried, non-exempt position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for managing client engagements from inception through completion, ultimately holding responsibility for client satisfaction. This client-facing position will also uncover future business potential with our current client partners. He/she will be the primary point of contact for clients, interim staff and Jacobson internal departments during staffing projects. Additionally, the Account Manager – Health will manage the performance of interim staff on assignment through regular communications with the staff and the project team leader. Healthcare operations experience is required.
Project Coordinator (Chicago, Illinois)
The Project Coordinator is a key member of The Jacobson Group’s interim talent sales team. This salaried, non-exempt position reports to an Account Manager and is the central point of coordination and communication for our interim staffing projects from inception through completion. This role is responsible for all of the administrative processes in launching and maintaining projects and owns the Vendor Management System (VMS) process. The Project Coordinator will also be asked to assist in recruiting and selecting talent in times of need.
Engagement Director (Chicago, Illinois)
The Engagement Director is responsible for managing active client searches for The Jacobson Group’s executive search division and for generating revenue for the division and firm through the cultivation of industry relationships. This position will work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure the successful and timely completion of searches with the objective of complete client satisfaction. This individual will manage search assignments, consult with clients, write position profiles, conduct all final candidate interviews, write interview analyses, make recommendations and manage the client relationship for all engagements. Additionally, the Engagement Director is expected to manage the activities of the recruiting team, maintain accountability for the professional presentation of all materials related to a search assignment, and closely follow market trends and developments in order to identify resulting business opportunities.
