Recruiter (Chicago, Illinois)
The Jacobson Group is looking for a full-time recruiter to join our professional recruiting practice. This position is responsible for sourcing, identifying and developing candidates. In addition, this individual will actively recruit for open positions by creatively seeking leads through research, networking and cold-calling, as well as engaging candidates for the respective positions, facilitating the recruitment process through fulfillment of candidates, and creating a consistent and positive candidate experience. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of two years of recruiting experience. Previous experience working in professional staffing is a plus.
Engagement Director (Chicago, Illinois)
The Engagement Director is responsible for managing active client searches for The Jacobson Group’s executive search division and for generating revenue for the division and firm through the cultivation of industry relationships. This position will work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure the successful and timely completion of searches with the objective of complete client satisfaction. This individual will manage search assignments, consult with clients, write position profiles, conduct all final candidate interviews, write interview analyses, make recommendations and manage the client relationship for all engagements. Additionally, the Engagement Director is expected to manage the activities of the recruiting team, maintain accountability for the professional presentation of all materials related to a search assignment, and closely follow market trends and developments in order to identify resulting business opportunities.
