Client Advisor (Life)
The Client Advisor will have the opportunity to impact the growth of The Jacobson Group by educating clients on the company’s suite of talent solutions, marketing to decision-makers, and creating and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual and strong communicator who enjoys traveling, participating in local and national trade associations, and attending and hosting networking events.
Client Development Manager
The Client Development Manager is responsible for business development and revenue production for Jacobson’s professional recruiting practice. This individual will develop and manage client relationships within a target market in order to generate contingent-based service fees from the successful placement of individuals in managerial and professional-level positions.
The Marketing Content Coordinator will assist the Vice President and Marketing Communications Director in executing initiatives in support of The Jacobson Group’s marketing communications and content strategy. This role will be primarily responsible for creating a variety of content assets for distribution across multiple marketing mediums, including email, print, social media and other digital assets. This position will also support public relations activities.
Engagement Director, Executive Search
The Engagement Director, Executive Search is responsible for managing active client searches and selecting business and generating revenue for the division and the entire group through cultivation of industry relationships. This position will work with the fulfillment team to assure the successful and timely completion of searches with the objective of having every search result in complete client satisfaction.
Practice Lead, Property and Casualty
The Practice Leader, Property and Casualty is responsible for managing the sales team and serving as the subject matter expert for the property and casualty vertical within the temporary staffing team business. In this role, the chosen candidate will provide sales leadership, oversee individual production, and coach and develop the property and casualty sales team.

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the sales team with non-sales responsibilities. This is an entry-level role that will primarily support the Account Manager(s) by coordinating candidate and client communications with internal teams, assisting with project launches and maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and an organized, collaborative work style to the team. This role provides administrative support for the sales team but may also learn and apply recruitment skills in times of need.
Recruiter, Talent Delivery
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying and developing candidates for The Jacobson Group. This individual actively recruits for these positions by creatively seeking leads through networking and cold-calling, engaging candidates for the respective positions, facilitating the recruitment process through fulfillment (placement) of candidates, and creating a consistent and positive candidate experience.
