Client Development Manager (Chicago, Illinois)

The Jacobson Group is looking to hire a Client Development Manager to join our professional recruiting practice. The Client Development Manager is responsible for business development and revenue production for Jacobson’s professional recruiting practice. This individual will develop and manage client relationships within a target market to generate contingent-based service fees from the successful placement of individuals in managerial and professional-level positions. This professional will work in partnership with the recruitment team through the interview and hiring process to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction. This role includes business development, client consultation, cold calling and client-account management. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and more than three years of B2B business development and sales expertise. Experience selling professional services is a plus but not required. Must be local to the Chicagoland or surrounding suburbs. 

Human Resources Recruiter (Chicago, Illinois)

The Jacobson Group is looking to hire a Human Resources Recruiter to join our corporate team. This position will be responsible for driving all recruiting activities for internal positions and developing potential candidates at a variety of levels, including proactive opportunity hiring. This individual will source, screen and develop candidates by assessing candidate skills, attitude and cultural fit and maintaining candidate engagement. The candidate will schedule interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers, prepare interview guide(s) for interviewers for each position, and administer candidate assessments such as aptitude test, skill set, sales characteristics, etc. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and five or more years of corporate human resources experience. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are necessary.

National Territory Manager (Chicago, Illinois)

The Jacobson Group is looking to hire a National Territory Manager to join our growing sales team. The National Territory Manager will be responsible for business development and account management of our local, temporary staffing service. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: aggressively pursuing all viable business-development opportunities; developing new client accounts and new business through regular outreach; and traveling to assigned clients at least once a month. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of B2B sales. Knowledge of either insurance or staffing is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is someone with B2B sales experience and the ability to proactively hunt and close new accounts.

Recruiter (Chicago, Illinois)

The Jacobson Group is looking for a full-time recruiter to join our professional recruiting practice. This position is responsible for sourcing, identifying and developing candidates. In addition, this individual will actively recruit for open positions by creatively seeking leads through research, networking and cold-calling, as well as engaging candidates for the respective positions, facilitating the recruitment process through fulfillment of candidates, and creating a consistent and positive candidate experience. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of two years of recruiting experience. Previous experience working in professional staffing is a plus.

Senior Vice President of Temporary Staffing (Chicago, Illinois)

The Jacobson Group is looking to hire a Senior Vice President to lead our temporary staffing practice. This senior leader will be responsible for setting the vision, strategic direction and long- and short-term business goals for the temporary staffing segment. This professional is responsible for analyzing and understanding the current market, establishing the sales and brand strategies, driving marginal sales growth, and owning the P&L for the segment. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 10 years of sales and leadership experience within insurance or staffing industry.
