Pre-Employment Screening

Upon receiving a contingent offer of employment from The Jacobson Group, you may be asked to complete pre-employment screenings, including an I-9 Employment Authorization form. Login info will be sent to the email on file from “donotreply@talentwise.com.” Review instructions on how to complete background checks, drug screens (if applicable), and as a remote employee. Onboarding Documents

Jacobson has an easy-to-use portal to electronically distribute, sign and store the documents you will need to begin your contract assignment. A login to complete the electronic paperwork will be sent to the email we have on file for you from “HR@jacobsononline.com.” Please direct questions to Jacobson’s Human Resources Department at (800) 466-1578.

Employee Profile and Travel Requests

Make changes to your Jacobson employee profile or submit travel requests. A unique login will be sent to the email we have on file for you. Please direct questions to your Jacobson Recruiter at (800) 466-1578.


Timecards

Access and submit your timecard. A unique login to complete timecards will be sent to the email we have on file for you before your contract assignment begins. Please direct questions to your Jacobson Recruiter at (800) 466-1578.


Payroll

Access Jacobson’s employee payroll site for electronic paystubs and annual W-2s. Your Jacobson Recruiter or Account Manager will email you details on how to access this site prior to your first day. Please direct questions to Jacobson’s Payroll Coordinator at (800) 466-1578.
