Upon receiving a contingent offer of employment, you may be asked to complete pre-employment screenings, including an I-9 Employment Authorization form. Login info will be sent to the email on file from "[email protected]". You can also review instructions on how to complete background checks, drug screens (if applicable), and the I-9 form as a remote employee. Jacobson has an easy to use portal to electronically distribute, sign and store the documents you will need to begin your assignment. A login to complete the electronic paperwork will be sent to the email we have on file for you from “[email protected]”. Click the icon to the left to get started. A unique login to complete the travel requests and timecards will be sent to the email we have on file for you before your assignment begins. Use Paycom, Jacobson's employee payroll site, to access electronic paystubs and yearly W-2's. A unique login to access your payroll information will be sent to the email we have on file for you after you begin work for Jacobson.
