CHICAGO – The Jacobson Group, the leading provider of talent to the insurance industry, has promoted Corey Pinkham to president. He previously served as senior vice president of staffing services for the firm and will remain an integral member of its senior leadership team.
In this expanded role, Pinkham will lead Jacobson’s staffing services, which encompass professional recruiting, interim experts and temporary staffing. He will also oversee several of the firm’s key corporate functions including human resources, operations, IT and legal services.

A relationship-focused leader, Pinkham’s experience spans all areas of talent acquisition, including recruitment optimization, sales and fulfillment, account management, and more. Previously, he oversaw all recruiting for Jacobson’s staffing services, along with client expansion efforts for the professional recruiting team. Prior to joining Jacobson, he worked at Randstad Technologies, quickly ascending through its ranks and most recently serving as senior vice president of recruiting. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business management from Salem State University in Salem, Mass.
