In this role, Black will drive growth, business development and strategic partnerships within Jacobson’s temporary staffing and professional recruiting services. He will also sit on Jacobson’s senior leadership team, contributing to the organization’s strategic direction.

Black brings more than 15 years of sales and business development leadership experience within professional services, recruiting and staffing to his role. Most recently, he served as director of sales for Eliassen Group, overseeing the New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia region. Prior to his role with Eliassen, he spent more than a decade at Randstad Technologies, initially as a recruiter and advancing to account management and managing director roles. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va.
