Forbes Names Jacobson One of America’s Best Recruiting Firms for Second Consecutive Year

CHICAGO – The Jacobson Group, the leading provider of insurance talent, was named to the 2020 Forbes List of America’s Best Recruiting Firms. The list was divided into two categories: executive search and professional recruiting, with Jacobson being one of only 69 firms (about 18 percent) ranked in both. This is the second consecutive year the firm has been named to the lists.

Forbes partnered with Statista, an independent research firm, to survey more than 25,000 recruiters and 5,000 job candidates and human resources managers. Survey respondents must have worked with the recruitment agencies within the last three years and could nominate up to 10 firms.

More than 17,000 nominations were collected for the 2020 list. Two hundred firms were named to the list of top executive search firms, defined by their specialization in filling positions with salaries of $100,000 and more. The list of top professional recruiting firms included 250 firms, defined by their focus on filling roles with salaries under $100,000.
