Jacobson Discusses Executive Compensation Strategies with NAMIC

April 30, 2019

CHICAGO – Today’s multi-dimensional insurance landscape requires insurers to reevaluate their executive compensation strategies in order to stay competitive. Margaret Resce Milkint, managing partner of The Jacobson Group, will share tools and techniques for ensuring relevant and appropriate compensation at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies Directors Bootcamp 2.0.

In her session, “Executive Compensation: Relevant and Resilient Strategies for High Performance,” Milkint will discuss the evolving insurance landscape and explore best practices for securing high-performing leadership through fair, competitive and meaningful compensation.

“The board has a responsibility to actively monitor executive pay and ensure their organizations have the best leaders at their helms,” said Milkint. “Mutual companies must develop enticing compensation packages that are competitive both within and outside the industry.”

The presentation will take place on May 8 at 10:55 a.m. EDT in Winter Park, Fla. For more information on the event, visit https://www.namic.org/edu/dbc.
