Jacobson Explores Talent Management at IASA Central States Regional Conference

CHICAGO – The ever-changing insurance industry landscape is driving organizations to reevaluate their current talent management strategies. Mergers and acquisitions, changing regulations, the aging workforce and technological improvements are continuously impacting the talent marketplace. How can insurers effectively prepare themselves and manage their workforce? David E. Coons, senior vice president of The Jacobson Group, will serve as a panelist discussing these topics at the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association’s 2018 Central States Regional Conference in St. Charles, Missouri.

The HR panel is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on September 11, 2018, and will be moderated by Gary Burns from Reinsurance Group of America. Coons will be joined by three other panelists: Kimberly Remmert from Pekin Insurance Company, Lesley Hane from Shelter Insurance, and Barb Gradala from St. Louis University. The session will offer insights and advice to help insurers prepare themselves for today’s ever-changing business reality.
