Lacson will present “Navigating Today’s Evolving Workplace: Engaging the Human Element” on May 23, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. The session will focus on the strategies and best practices that insurers must develop for engaging their employees while navigating a changing reality. Lacson will also discuss how leaders can best prepare their employees for this newly emerging future of work.
As assistant vice president and practice lead for Jacobson's life team, Lacson leads the sales team responsible for assisting life and disability clients. The team provides these organizations access to the temporary staffing and subject matter experts solutions needed to effectively manage workload fluctuations, special projects and other short-term needs. Active in the insurance industry, Lacson is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and attained her Associateship of the Secure Retirement Institute as an inaugural member.
