Jacobson to Share Insights into Engaging and Recruiting Young Talent

CHICAGO – Today’s young professionals are taking the business world by storm. The insurance industry, in particular, faces a growing mandate to engage these talented individuals. Marketing your organization to recruit young talent is essential. The Jacobson Group’s Dave Coons, senior vice president, and Jessica Kostuk, client development manager, will co-present on this topic at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies Communications and Marketing Workshop in Chicago, Il.

The presentation “A Recipe for Success: Marketing Your Company to Recruit Young Talent,” scheduled for 2:45 p.m. on October 10, 2017, will explore the importance of engaging emerging professionals in the insurance industry. The presentation will feature insights into the state of the industry, an overview of emerging generations, and a discussion of strategies and tips for recruiting incoming professionals.
