Jacobson Shares Insights on Compensation and Industry Hiring Practices

CHICAGO – Growing staffing demands and low unemployment are driving a challenging insurance industry talent market. In addition, this presentation will provide a perspective on pay for mutual insurers and a summary of major compensation changes for both executive and non-executive employees from the most recent NAMIC/Ward compensation survey.
