Jacobson Shares Inside Look at the Impeding Skills Gap

CHICAGO – The insurance talent crisis is here. Unprecedented retirements and an aging industry has created a “war for talent”. Companies are now dealing with a dramatic shortage of talent to fill the pending skills gap, and many firms are unprepared to face a fiercely competitive recruiting environment. Joyce Dunn, vice president and managing director of The Jacobson Group, will explore ways to combat this skills gap and ensure the continued success of organizations within the insurance industry at the 2016 Property Insurance Plans Service Office’s Accounting, Annual Presidents’ Meeting in San Francisco, Calif.
