Jacobson to Discuss Talent Recruitment and Engagement

CHICAGO – Hiring the next generation of leaders goes beyond the C-suite. Whether they start in industry call centers, claims offices, underwriting or sales teams, or from outside the industry, the future leaders of insurance will face challenges unlike any we have seen before. Greg Jacobson, co-chief executive officer at The Jacobson Group, will lead a panel of CEOs from companies focused on innovative talent recruitment and engagement as they take a fresh look at this pressing topic.

Jacobson will moderate “Talent Spotting and Smart Retention,” at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) Executive Roundtable Seminar in Dana Point, Calif.

Jacobson will be joined by panelists Ross Buchmueller, chief executive officer of PURE Insurance; Dave Gross, chief executive officer of Secura Insurance; and Ben Walter, chief executive officer of Hiscox USA. The panel presentation will include insights into different ways to source and select candidates, an inside look at the skills required to succeed within the insurance industry, and a discussion of leadership development strategies.
