Client instructions

Logging In

  1. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the User Name field, then click on Email me my password and you will receive an e-mail containing your password.

Reviewing a Timecard

  1. Once you successfully log in, click on Manage Time Cards.
  2. Select the pay period you would like to review on the left side of the screen.
  3. All employees that submitted time for the selected pay period will be displyed. Only employees with an active assignment will be displayed.
  4. If the total hours worked for employee is correct you can simply check on the checkbox next to employees' names and then click Approve Selected button.
  5. If you would like to review employees' timecards for accuracy, click on the employee's name. The timecard will be displayed on the right.
    • If the hours are correct, click Approve.
    • If there is a discrepancy with the hours, enter the reason for rejection in the comment field and click Reject.
  6. You may also click Print to print out or save a copy of the employee’s timecard for your records.


Notes:
  • Only those employees who have an active placement record for the pay period will be shown. If you believe that an employee who has worked for a given week is missing, contact your Customer Relationship Manager at (800) 474-6779.
  • An employee’s timecard remains editable until you approve it. Once you click Approve, you can no longer make changes to that timecard.

Reviewing Previously Approved Timecards

  1. You can view employees timecards for the past 10 weeks by clicking the desired pay period on the left side of the screen
  2. Once the desired pay period is selected, you can click specific employee to see the hours.
