Client Relationship Manager (Chicago)
We are seeking a polished individual to join our professional recruiting team as a Client Relationship Manager in our Chicago headquarters. Responsibilities for the selected individual include, but are not limited to, generating contingent-based revenue through a consultative, service-oriented approach to clients and project management that results in successfully concluding recruiting assignments. This role includes business and candidate development, territory and process management, and client consultation. The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree, three or more years of business experience, sales and relationship-building abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects at different phases at any given time. This candidate must also possess self-accountability; strong communication, computer and database skills; and a high level of energy, stamina and resiliency.
Human Resources Recruiter (Chicago)
We are seeking a polished individual to join our human resources team as an HR Recruiter in our Chicago headquarters. Responsibilities for the selected individual will include but are not limited to: driving all recruiting activities for internal positions, sourcing candidates and conducting internal new-hire orientations. The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree and one or more years of experience in a corporate setting, internships included and recruiting experience is preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally and work well under stress. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
Regional Territory Manager, Temporary Staffing (Chicago)
We are seeking a polished individual to join our temporary staffing team as a Regional Territory Manager in our Chicago headquarters. The incumbent will maintain responsibility for business development and account management in an assigned territory. Through consistent market communication, this position will be responsible for building and maintaining interim staffing business through local and national agreements. This individual will serve as the local relationship manager for all temporary talent client contacts, act as the conduit of information to the fulfillment staff for all local talent activity in the assigned territory and uncover revenue opportunities for other Jacobson service offerings.
The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years of outside sales experience, strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal skills. Knowledge of either insurance and/or staffing is a plus.
Relationship Development Coordinator (Chicago)
We are seeking a polished individual to join our temporary staffing team as a Relationship Development Coordinator in our Chicago headquarters. Responsibilities for the selected individual will include but are not limited to helping to penetrate, schedule and uncover new business (sales) opportunities for selected sales executives. The position’s primary focus is prospecting among targeted companies and engaging decision makers to obtain personal meetings for specific sales executives. The Relationship Development Coordinator is ultimately responsible for consistently arranging qualified sales events, supporting the executives in their appointments, and obtaining new contact names and information within assigned accounts. The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree and one or more years of professional inside sales experience developing new client relationships, along with effective written, verbal, computer and database skills. The successful candidate will be able to establish new relationships over the phone and secure appointments, work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, operate under pressure, work independently, and source and obtain critical information.
